You will be kept informed of the maintenance
needs of your property. Large repairs or other capital expenditures will only proceed with your written consent.
Details of standard maintenance items will be included with your monthly statement. For your convenience, we will
handle the small stuff for you; you won’t be bothered with minor issues.
