Well, letís see if you can be identified as an accredited investor?
In order to qualify you can do one of two things. First, we can form a partnership or a Limited Liability Company (LLC). Or, second option is if you meet one of the following criteria:

If at least one of the following qualifications applies to you, then you are considered an accredited investor.

Any natural person whose individual net worth, or joint net worth with that person's spouse, at the time of his or her purchase exceeds $1,000,000.
Any natural person who had an individual income in excess of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with that person's spouse in excess of $300,000 in each of those years and has a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year.
Any private business development company as defined in Section 202(a)(22) of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940.
Any organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, corporation, Massachusetts or similar business trust, or partnership not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the Interest, with total assets in excess of $5,000,000.
Any trust, with total assets in excess of $5,000,0000, not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the Interests, whose purchase is directed by a sophisticated person as described in Rule 506(b) of Regulation D of the Securities Act.
Any entity in which all of the equity owners are Accredited Investors.
Any employee benefit plan within the meaning of the Employee Retirement Income Securities Act of 1974, if the investment decision is made by a plan fiduciary (as defined in Section 3(21) of the Act) which is either a bank, savings and loan association, insurance company or registered investment advisor.

OK, I'm qualified. So why should I go with you guys?
The advantage of an investment with 1st Capital Asset Management, LLC is our ability to combine real estate expertise, financial and development experience with honesty in a strategic approach. For example:

Property Renovation.
You can invest as a 1st lien position asset based lender to acquire distressed property and fund the renovation project. Returns will be 10-12% annual return on loan amount (usually 70% of market value) paid monthly. These are short-term loans usually up to 6 months. 1st Capital Asset Management, LLC will acquire the property, provide inspections and appraisal and supervise the overall renovation from start to completion.

Land Development.
You can invest in a partnership under an operating agreement in the acquisition of raw land in Texas. 1st Capital Asset Management, LLC will handle zoning, entitlement, platting and engineering along with the essentials of land acquisition, due diligence services, property development and construction oversight, sales and marketing and accounting services.
